• Updates related to product visibility, performance, or recommendations to boost reach
• Notifications if your product remains live while the app is uninstalled or notifications are turned off

• Suggestions, tips, or assistance to help improve your product listing
• Guidance on boosting or promoting your products on Piggy Almari
• Support messages to resolve listing, pricing, or availability issues
• Help & Support communication
• Responses to your help or support requests
• Follow-ups required to resolve issues raised by you
• Account or product verification-related communication (if applicable)
• Important service alerts
• Critical updates related to your account or product status
• Messages required to ensure smooth operation of rentals, inquiries, or transactions

Important notes

• WhatsApp communication is used only to enhance user experience and business opportunities on Piggy Almari.
• Users may receive messages even if:
• App notifications are disabled
• The Piggy Almari app is uninstalled but products are still active on the platform
• Piggy Almari does not send unrelated promotional or spam messages via WhatsApp.

User consent & control

By registering and listing products on Piggy Almari, you provide consent to receive such WhatsApp communications related to your usage of the platform.

You may request to limit or stop WhatsApp communication by contacting Piggy Almari support through the app or official support channels.

5. Product Listings

• Users can upload up to three images per product.
• Images will be compressed for optimized performance.
• Once approved, users cannot edit images or descriptions but can modify pricing.

6. Transactions and Payments

• Transactions in Phase 1 are free, with paid features introduced in Phase 2.
• Payment gateway integrations will be implemented in later phases.
• Piggy Almari does not guarantee the accuracy of product listings and is not liable for transactions.

• Admin reserves the right to reject, modify, or delete listings violating platform policies.
• Users will be notified of rejected posts and can rectify issues within 7 days.

• Spamming, fraudulent activity, or harassment will result in account suspension.
• Users engaging in misconduct may be permanently blocked from the platform.
